Make sure that you have Read The Rules...
Instructions:
It MUST Be about Charmed, or have one of the actors in it!
You may use any pictures you want, or have,
but try to use pictures that look nice. You may
do the blend on any character, group, episode,
or couple you want. It must have at least two
pictures, that's the whole point of blending...
And, it's not a rule, but I would appreciate it if
you used text, brushes, and colors to make
yours really stand out, Judging will begin on
the date that was set above.
